INFINITY X1 LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY – UPON REGISTRATION 

INFINITY X1 Parts and Labor Warranty Options and Exclusions 

All INFINITY X1 products are made of the highest quality materials and workmanship. 

LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY with REGISTRATION: 

INFINITY X1 products purchased on from Costco in the United States and registered at this support site within 30 days of purchase are provided a LIFETIME Extended Parts and Labor Warranty with below exclusions.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – PARTS and LABOR - UNREGISTERED PRODUCTS:

Products purchased from Costco in the United Stated but not registered within the first 30 days of purchase are provided with a 1 Year Limited Warranty against defectives parts and workmanship with below exclusions from Infinity X1. 

Repairs:  If your INFINITY X1 product has a manufacturer’s defect covered by our 1 Year Limited Warranty or our LIFETIME EXTENDED WARRANTY, we will either repair or replace it, at our option with like or similar product, without charge. Shipping changes are not included. 

Merchandise Returns: Merchandise may not be returned without prior approval of INFINITY X1.  Please contact customer service at this support site with any inquiries you may have on our products.  INFINITY X1 is not responsible for any products shipped to our Service Center without a Return Authorization.  Proper Return Authorization along with proof of delivery to our Service Center is required before any repair work or replacement product will be sent.   

Exclusions: This does not apply to batteries purchased with products or purchased standalone. This does not include damage to the exterior deemed reasonable wear and tear such as scratches and color fading.  In addition, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by abnormal or unreasonable use of any product or components.   The INFINITY X1 Rechargeable Batteries are designed to work with INFINITY X1 products.  Use of other rechargeable batteries may cause damage to the product and is voids any warranty.  Make sure to only use the rechargeable battery from INFINITY X1 that was designed for your specific model.   All products that have the capabilities to run Dry Cell Alkaline batteries such as AA or AAA batteries have been designed to operate at the 1.5 volt.  Batteries that have modified voltage that boost the voltage above 1.5 volts may cause overheating and damage to the products.  

This warranty replaces all other warranties from IINFINITY X1 written or implied including warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, warranty of merchantability and excludes any liability for incidental or consequential damages.
